The Arditec Association has supported Construction companies & owners to measure the ecological footprint of buildings and identify potential axes of performance related to passive & efficient heating & cooling, renewable energies, smart-grids and energy efficiency studies. Our collaborators have carried-out missions:

• Evaluation of the design (Architectural & Engineering) of a 17-story residential tower in Colombia, to optimise the cooling system and reduce the negative environmental impact for a BREEAM certification
  
• Sustainability assessment: LCA for several buildings in Colombia, a Hospital in Spain, and a School in Sweeden
  
• Exergy analysis & Energy Efficiency assessment of buildings, in Colombia, a Hospital in Spain, and a School in Sweeden
• BIM Management – Building information modelling for several buildings in Colombia.
